What is Chronic Abdominal Pain?

Chronic abdominal pain is a condition that causes constant discomfort in the stomach area for 12 weeks or more. It may include sharp twinges, twisting knots of frustration, and other types of problems depending on what kind you have. In many sufferers, this will affect range of motion; mood swings which can lead to anxiety attacks in addition to abdominal pain. I can be followed by depression due to its severity making it difficult not just physically but mentally. All these symptoms together reduce one’s quality of life.

Is Pelvic Pain Different than Abdominal Pain?

Pelvic pain can be caused by many different things, including reproductive system issues like endometriosis or fibroids. It’s important to know the source of your pelvic discomfort before starting treatment because not all cases need medical attention in order for them get resolved successfully!
